Men's Swimming Defeat Greyhounds

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Juniata men's swimming beat Moravian 71-35 on Saturday afternoon in Binder Natatorium. 

Matthew Tiernan finished first in the 50-meter backstroke with a time of 39.79. Tiernan also competed in the 50-meter freestyle, finishing first with a time of 31.02.

Jay Gajiwala finished first in the 100-meter freestyle with a time of 1:09.83.

In the 100-meter backstroke, Tiernan finished in first place with a time of 1:30.17.

Isaac March finished in first place in the 100-meter backstroke and the 200-meter IM, logging a time of 1:49.67 and 3:31.21, respectively.

Gajiwala finished first in the 50-meter butterfly with a time of 37.66.

In the 200-meter freestyle, Gajiwala finished second with a time of 2:51.42.

March competed in the 50-meter breaststroke as well, finishing in second and logging a time of 42.91.

The Eagles head to Misericordia for the Cougar Splash on November 17.
