Johnny Miller, a 2003 Juniata graduate, returns to the men’s soccer coaching staff for his eighth season.
Prior to being an assistant coach at Juniata, Miller coached the Huntingdon Area High School boy’s squad for eight years (2003-2010). During his time at the helm of the program, the Bearcats accumulated 92 wins and were three-time District 6 AA Finalists. Miller, the 2006 Mountain League Coach of the Year, also led his team to three Mount League Championships during his tenure.
Under the Huntingdon Soccer Club, Miller was the head and assistant coach for various teams including U19 boy’s and U15 boys and held the Director of Coaching position from 2005-2010.
Miller played all four years as a midfielder at Juniata and majored in education and was a 1997 District 6 AAA Champion at Altoona Area High School.
