HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata men's soccer team fell to York, 2-0 at home on Saturday.

With eight minutes left in the first half, York scored the first goal of the game after a shot went wide. In the 59th minute, after a corner, the Spartans scored their second goal of the game. After the Spartan goal, the Eagles had their chance at a goal. A header from Bass Diakhoumpa (Dakar, Senegal / Mercersburg Academy) went wide and two shots from Wyatt Page (King of Prussia, Pa. / Shipley) went high. 

York held an edge on Juniata in shots 18-5, and on corners, 12-3. In the goal, Andrew Yeich (Middletown, Pa. / Middletown Area) recorded six saves. 

Juniata is home again Wednesday, September 19th at 7:00PM. They will face Lancaster Bible.
