WESTMINSTER, Md.- The Juniata men's soccer team closed out their season by falling to McDaniel, 5-0, Wednesday afternoon.
Freshman Jacob Owings (Hanover, Pa. / Littlestown) totaled three saves during the game.
McDaniel struck three times in the opening 28 minutes as they took control of the game and went into the half up 3-0.
In the second half, McDaniel scored in the 57th minute when a shot first deflected off of a defender and then in the goal. McDaniel struck once more in the 77th minute to close the scoring.
The Eagles totaled five shots and three saves for the game.
Juniata closes the season 1-13-4.
