MADISON, N.J.- The Juniata men's soccer team fell 3-0 to ranked #24 Drew on Saturday afternoon at Ranger Stadium.
Drew took advantage of an easy shot on an open net in the first half of the game, giving the Rangers an early 1-0 lead over the Eagles. In the first half, Logan Tackett (Herdon, Va./ Herdon) had 6 saves in goal.
In the 46th minute, the Rangers got another goal, making it a 0-2 game. Drew scored their third goal of the game in the upper far post in the 67th minute.
Although Drew held a distinct lead in shots with 39 total for the game, Juniata kept them to just three goals. Juniata held an edge in saves, totaling 11 for the game.
The Eagles return to action at home against Penn College on Wednesday, October 11th at 7:00.
