Elizabethtown, Pa., Juniata College men's soccer was defeated by Elizabethtown 5-0 on Saturday to fall to 0-2 in Landmark Conference play.
The Blue Jays scored in the twelfth minute on their first shot of the game and quickly built a 2-0 lead seconds after. Elizabethtown's Jeff Light had a career day, totaling seven points in the match.
The Eagles could not overcome the early deficit and only mustered five shots on the day. Juniata is now 2-8, 0-2 on the season. They are back in action Tuesday at Misericordia. Game time is 4 pm.
