Eagles Compete in First Round of Landmark Golf Championships

PIKESVILLE, Md.- Day One of the Landmark Conference Men's Golf Championships was completed on Friday, with Juniata sitting in eighth place after one round of play.

Kamden Clapper (Osterburg, Pa. / Chestnut Ridge) finished with the best round of the day for the Eagles, tied for 21st place on the leaderboard with his score of 85. Caden Hendrickson (Harrisburg, Pa.) and Connor Krisko (Elizabethtown, Pa.) are tied for 34th place after both shooting a 90 on the day. Michael Howard (Sykesville, Md.) sits in 36th with a score of 92, and Jake Matchock (Ramey, Pa. / Moshannon Valley) sits 40th after shooting 102 on the day.

The Championship will conclude tomorrow, with the teams completing a second round of action at Woodholme Country Club. Play begins at 11:00 AM.
