Eagles Compete in Opening Round of the Inaugural Landmark Conference Golf Championship

MOOSIC, Pa. – The Juniata men's golf team is in seventh place after the opening round of the inaugural Landmark Conference Championship, hosted by the University of Scranton.

The team, consisting of Brian Brumbaugh (Martinsburg, Pa./Central HS), Bruno Rosa (Davidsville, Pa./Conemaugh), Clarke Stoltzfus (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley HS), Joel Reighard (Altoona, Pa./Altoona Area HS) and Tim Visser (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg), had a score of 358, sitting three strokes behind Elizabethtown College.

Brumbaugh is tied for 17th with an opening round of 87 on the par 71 course while Rosa is tied for 19th place after shooting an 88. Stoltzfus is tied for 23rd place with an opening round of 90, Reighard shot a 93 and sits in 28th place, and Visser carded an opening round of 109.

Juniata's first tee time is slated to begin at 11:30am with Visser.
