Lee Selected to NABC All-District Second Team

KANSAS CITY, MO. - Senior Marcus Lee (Carrolltown, Pa. / Bishop Carroll) was named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) all-district second team. 

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the 2018 NABC Coaches' Division III All-District teams and coaches, recognizing the best men's collegiate basketball student-athletes and coaches in the division, selected by member coaches of the NABC in NCAA Division III. 

The senior forward led the Eagles to their best ever season including opening the season 12-0, going undefeated at home to the Landmark Championship and locking the top seed in the playoffs. Lee made his third straight appearance on the all-conference first team. He was second in the conference scoring at 19.3 points per game. His 65.5% field goal percentage is ninth-best in the country and second-best in the Landmark. Lee was recently named the Landmark Conference Senior Scholar Athelte and eariler in the season he was a two time Landmark Athlete of the Week. 

On the court, Lee has started in all 29 games for the Eagles this season. He has recorded 548 points this season and a total of 1,742 points over his four year career. This season, he was first on the team in points and first in field goals with 223. He is also first on the team in rebounds with 202 and blocks with 30.
