Brittany Meier is her first season as the new assistant field hockey coach for Juniata College.
Meier comes from Port Matilda, Pa, and is a May 2016 graduate from Juniata College. While at Juniata she got her bachelor of science degree in psychology with a secondary focus in marketing. She was also a four-year member of Juniata's field hockey team and was named captain her senior year. Meier made the Landmark All-Conference Second Team and was named to Landmark All-Conference Sportsmanship Team.
Not only was Meier involved in field hockey while at Juniata she was also involved in a number of other things. She was a member of the event staff for the college where she ensured the safety of athletes and spectators. In 2016, Brittany Meier received a nomination for Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges for her achievement in academics, services, and leadership.
