Bilheimer Named Landmark Field Hockey Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md.- For the second time this season, senior Sarah Bilheimer (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom) has been named the Landmark Athlete of the Week for field hockey. It is her fourth overall weekly honor by the conference in her career.

Bilheimer had a milestone week for the Eagles. She scored seven goals and assisted on another as Juniata went 2-0 with victories over Moravian and Goucher. Her seven point performance (3g, 1a) against the Greyhounds in a 5-0 win put her over 100 points for her career. She is the fourth player in program history to do so. Her four goals against Goucher are the most for an Eagle player in a game since 2006.

On the season, Bilheimer has 18 goals scored and eight assists for a total of 44 points. Her 18 goals and 44 points are a career-high while the eight assists ties her career mark set last year. She leads the Landmark in both goals and points and is second in assists. In the latest NCAA rankings, she is seventh in points per game and 11th in goals per game.
