Huntingdon, Pa., The Juniata College field hockey team has received a 6th place ranking in the NCAA DIII South Atlantic Region. At 10-3, the team trails Lebanon Valley (13-1), Rowan (10-3), Montclair State (11-3), TCNJ (14-1), and Landmark Conference rival Catholic (12-1).
The Eagles will face off against #4 TCNJ on Sunday in New Jersey, after traveling to Towson to play Goucher in conference competition. The Eagles will return home on Saturday, November 1st, to host the regional top seed Catholic on Senior Day. The game is Juniata's final game before the Landmark Semifinals. The Blue and Gold is the second seed in the conference behind the Cardinals.
