HUNTINGDON, Pa., Two days after being named the Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Week, senior Julianne Jones has earned yet another recognition for her recent play. Earlier today, Jones was named the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Co-Defensive Player of the Week, alongside SUNY-Oswego goalkeeper Sarita Charap.

The senior shut out Alvernia and Moravian last week to help the Eagles push their wining streak to eight games. Jones leads the Landmark Conference in goals against and save percentage. She is third in the nation with a goals against average of .66 and first overall in DIII in save percentage .896. 

Today’s game at Susquehanna has been moved to next Tuesday, due to inclement weather. The Eagles will try to add to their streak and remain undefeated in conference play this Saturday at home against Elizabethtown. Game time is 4 pm.
