Huntingdon, Pa., Junior Sarah Bilheimer (Bethlehem, Pa. / Freedom) is one of fifteen female athletes from Divisions I,II, and III featured in an article on WomenPlayBall.com highlighting “15 Awesome College Athletes You Should Know About This Fall”. Bilheimer, along with players from the University of Texas-Austin, Dartmouth, and Duke University, has been recognized for her play on and off of the field. This is not the first time Bilheimer’s play has garnered attention. She received Landmark Conference Player of the Week honors, following a week in which she notched her first collegiate hat trick and helped her Eagles to two victories, extending their winning streak to eight.

Bilheimer has eight goals on the season and leads Juniata in assists with six. Her six assists are good enough for second overall in the Landmark. The forward has been a major factor in the team’s success this season. The Eagles are 11-3 overall, with a 4-1 record against conference rivals. The Blue and Gold stands alone at second place in the Landmark and has locked up a tournament birth.

The Eagles travel to Maryland and New Jersey this weekend to take on Goucher in conference play on Saturday, and TCNJ on Sunday. Juniata returns home on November 1st to host Catholic on senior day.
