Shane is in his fifth season as an assistant coach on the Eagles' staff.
He graduated with a BA from Lafayette College in 2015. Was a part of a Patriot League Championship team in 2013. Played outside linebacker & defensive end , MVP of the Bucknell vs. Lafayette game in 2012. For high school, Dorner went to State College and lettered 3 years. He was part of 2 state quarter finals teams in 2008 and 2010 and the state runner up in 2009. Dorner was a captain his senior year .
Dorner's father was an All-American and also graduated from Juniata in 1988. He played free safety & had 17 interceptions his senior year. He got a tryout with the Giants and the Patriots.
