Breault Named to Centennial Conference First Team; Three Other Eagles Earn Honors

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Centennial Conference on Tuesday released its All-Conference Team in football. Senior wide receiver Kirby Breault (Elizabethtown, Pa./Elizabethtown) was the lone Juniata player named to the First Team. He is the first Eagle receiver to be selected to the First Team since Lance Tippett in 2007.

Three additional JC players received accolades. Senior offensive lineman Kyle Martell (West Decatur, Pa./Phillipsburg-Osceola HS) was named to the second team. Fellow lineman junior Colton Craig (Lewistown, Pa./Mifflin County) and senior placekicker Kevin Bonalle (Lebanon, Pa./Cedar Crest) picked up Honorable Mentions.

Breault led the conference in receiving yards (1,325), receptions (84), touchdowns (11), receptions per game (8.4) and yards per game (132.5). He was second in all-purpose yards with 170 per contest. Breault had 100+ receiving yards in all but one game in 2016. His 84 receptions are the most in a season in Juniata history. Breault's 1,325 yards is second most in a season.

Martell has been a stalwart on the offensive line for Juniata. He has started all 20 games for JC during his time. Craig has played in 26 games in three seasons and started every game the last two years. The two helped Juniata average nearly 142 rushing yards per game which is the most in three years.

Bonalle had a career season for Juniata this year. He was good on 9-of-10 field goals with a long of 37 yards. He also converted 34 of 35 extra points. His 61 total points rank third in the Centennial.
