HUNTINGDON, Pa.- Fresh off its win over Ursinus last Saturday, Juniata travels to Allentown to play Muhlenberg in a Centennial Conference battle. Kickoff from Scotty Wood Stadium will be at 1:05 p.m.

The Eagles (4-2, 3-2) came back from a 24-7 deficit to the Bears and won 38-27 at Knox Stadium in their last game. Matt Lehr had a career game rushing the ball for the Eagles. He had 28 carries for 177 yards and two touchdowns. The Eagles amassed 554 yards of total offense. Hank Coyne completed 23-of-36 passes for 348 yards and three touchdowns. Kirby Breault caught 13 of those passes for 213 yards and two scores.

The defense did its part as it held the Bears to just a field goal in the second half. Overall, Ursinus had just 44 yards rushing and less than two yards per rush. They were 2-of-15 (13%) on third downs. The Eagles had five total sacks for losses of 38 yards. Jake Diviney finished with eight tackles and 1.5 sacks for losses of 14 yards. Mitchell Shober was behind him with five tackles and a 19-yard interception return. Ryan Bologa added five tackles as did John Maclay who also had a pass breakup and a blocked field goal.

Muhlenberg (5-1, 4-1) breezed past Gettysburg 43-7 last week. Junior Nick Savant scored three touchdowns and became the first player in team history to gain 100 yards rushing and receiving in the same game. Savant rushed 28 times for 114 yards – his fifth straight 100-yard game – and a 4-yard touchdown and caught seven passes for 145 with a pair of 42-yard scoring receptions. Senior Nick Palladino completed 21 of 32 passes for 258 yards and three touchdowns. He also caught a touchdown pass, the first of his career. The Mules held the Bullets, who came in averaging 35.4 points and 466.6 yards per game, to 234 total yards and forced five turnovers. Sophomore Luke Wiley picked off a pair of passes for Muhlenberg, and senior John Feaster intercepted a pass in the end zone.

The two teams will be meeting for the 12th time with Muhlenberg having won all 11 games in the series. Last year's game in Huntingdon was a memorable one as Muhlenberg won 41-35 in double overtime on a Max Cepeda 25-yard run. The 35 points scored by Juniata were the most against a Muhlenberg squad ever. The six-point differential was also the closest margin of victory between the two teams.
