Martell Selected as EFN Offensive Lineman of the Week; Three Eagles Named Honorable Mention

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Eastern Football Network (EFN) released its Players of the Week on Thursday. Senior offensive lineman Kyle Martell (West Decatur, Pa./Phillipsburg-Osceola) was selected as the Offensive Lineman of the Week while three other Eagles earned Honorable Mention recognition.

 

Martell has started every game at left tackle for Juniata this season. He helped the Eagles run for 206 yards last Saturday in their 38-27 win over Ursinus. He did not allow a sack and was not penalized.

 

Matt Lehr (Dover, Pa./York Catholic), Kirby Breault (Elizabethtown, Pa./Elizabethtown), and Jake Diviney (Altoona, Pa./Altoona Area HS) were the Honorable Mention selections. Lehr rushed for a career-high 177 yards and two touchdowns against the Bears. Breault caught 13 passes for 213 yards and scored twice. Diviney, who earlier this week was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week, led the Eagles in tackles with nine in total. He had one and a half sacks for a loss of 14 yards and 2.5 tackles for losses of 16 yards. It was his first sacks of the season.
