HUNTINGDON, PA- After weeks of preseason practices and preparing, it is finally football season. The Juniata Eagles kick off their 92nd season of play on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Grove City to take on the Wolverines. Game time will be at 1:30 p.m.
The Eagles are coming off one of the best seasons in recent memory. Last year, the team finished with a record of 7-4 overall which were the most wins since 1990. Juniata also made its first postseason appearance since 1973.
Juniata faces Grove City for the first time since 1972. In the all-time series, the Eagles hold a 10-2-1 advantage.
