HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Juniata College football senior Brandon Felus (Columbia, Pa./Columbia) added two more honors to his resume Wednesday night after the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) named him ECAC Division III South Defensive Player of the Year and a first-team all-star.  The defensive tackle was the only Centennial Conference student-athlete to earn player of the year honors in the south and one of four first-team all-stars on defense.

Felus is a two-time ECAC All-Star and two-time First-Team All-Centennial selection.  This is his second player of the year award this season.  He was named the Centennial's top defender back in November and he now has six postseason honors under his belt this year.

A wrecking ball on the line, Felus ranked 13th nationally in pass sacks and tackles for a loss. He was named Second-Team All-America by BeyondSportsNetwork.com and First-Team All-Region by D3football.com.
