Chelsea Smith joins us from Huntingdon Middle School where she coached their cheer team since 2018. Smith has over 20 years of cheering with competitive cheer, sideline cheer, and coaching experience.
Smith is an Associate Degree Graduate from Everest College in 2010 where she began her career as a medical assistant. She then received another Associates's Degree in Reparatory Therapy from YTI Institute. Smith then was a clinical medical assistant in the emergency department of JC Blair Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon for four years when she then moved to Tyrone Hospital for four years.
Smith is now a Respiratory Therapist with UPMC Altoona and has been since April 2021.
