WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.-The Juniata baseball team picked up a pair of wins on their fourth straight day of action as they got the sweep at Penn College, winning 6-0 before coming back to win 6-5, Tuesday afternoon at Bowman Field.

Adam Kipp (Mt. Wolf, Pa. / Northeastern) opened game one with a single to center and Isaac Maclay (Belleville, Pa. / Mifflin County High School) followed with a single to left. Jake Swank (Portage, Pa. / Portage) walked to load the bases prior to Hunter Price (Huntingdon, Pa. / Huntingdon Area) bopping a two-run single to left to put the Eagles up early.

In the top of the second, Joshua Gery (Pottstown, Pa. / Pottstown Senior High School) smacked a one-out single to left and went first to third on Larry Corle's (Martinsburg, Pa. / Central High School) single to right. Kipp walloped a double to right to score Gery to put the Eagles up 3-0.

In the top of the sixth, Corle came up with the bases loaded. He drove in Gery and Matt Innella (Commack, N.Y. / Commack) with a single to right before Devyn Carper (Commack, N.Y. / Commack) scored on Kipp's ground out to second to put the Eagles ahead, 6-0.

Tyler Seiffert (York, Pa. / West York) went 6.0 innings while allowing five hits and striking out two to earn the victory. Julius Thomas (Johnstown, Pa. / Ferndale Area High School) pitched the seventh to complete the shutout.

Game two saw the Eagles again stake themselves to an early lead in the top of the first as Corle reached on an error and got to second on another error by the first baseman. Kipp reached on a catcher's interference, two batters later Jake Swank (Portage, Pa. / Portage) singled to left to plate Corle and Price followed with another single to left to score Kipp.

In the third, Ryan McClain (Hughesville, Pa. / Hughesville) added to the Eagle lead with an RBI-single to left to score Swank.

A sacrifice fly and a two-run single to right in the bottom of the fourth pulled the Wildcats even before another sac fly in the fifth put them ahead 4-3.

Neither team scored in the sixth before the Eagles retook the lead for good in the seventh. Kipp was hit by a pitch and Colton Kubicki (York, Pa. / West York) entered to pinch run for him. Following a fly out, Swank lined a single to left and two batters later with JC's last out McClain belted a single to center to plate Kubicki and tie things at 4-4. Swank got to third on a failed pick off by the pitcher and scored as Sam Craig (Mullicahill, N.J. / Kingsway Regional) reached on an error by the third baseman. A Gery single to center plated McClain, which would prove vital.

Price took the mound in the seventh, and struck out the first batter before conceding back to back singles. He struck out the next batter, before an infield single loaded the bases. A wild pitch advanced all runners, but Price got the next batter to fly out to right to lock up the victory.

Juniata will wrap up their season with a pair of Landmark Conference games this Saturday at Susquehanna. First pitch is at 12:30.
