Towson, Md. - To celebrate their 10-year anniversary, the Landmark Conference is naming individuals who excelled in their sport and in the conference. The Landmark Conference named Ceth Parker to the All-Decade Men's Cross Country Team and Katrina Woods to the All-Decade Women's Cross Country Team for their accomplishments at their time at Juniata.
"Athletes that were named All-Conference First Team a minimum of two times, and/or were named Landmark Player of the Year, during their career will be nominated automatically, and each team had the opportunity to nominate additional individuals for consideration," per Landmark Conference.
Parker ran cross country for the Eagles from 2008-2011. He was named to the Landmark First Team in 2008 and 2011, as well as the Landmark Academic Honor Roll team from 2009-2011. He set personal bests in his 4K (13:14), 5K (17:08) and 8K (26.51) in 2008.
Woods ran for Juniata from 2010-2013. She earned three top Landmark times in the 4k (15:48), 5k (18:59.9) and 6k (21:44.20) during her freshman, sophomore and senior year, respectively. As a senior, Woods placed in the Top 40 at the NCAA Mideast Regional Meet. She earned All-Conference First Team honors her sophomore, junior and senior year, as well as Landmark Women's Performer of the Year her senior year.
