Survival of the Fittest (Fitness) Intramural

Events will take place at 8 pm every Sunday.

Winning team will be determined by best performance (best times, most weight lifted, most reps completed, etc.)

Sunday February 19th : Fitness challenge (Bleep test, flexibility test, jumping test, sit up test, agility test, cooper run)

Sunday February 26th: Upper Body Strength Challenge

Sunday March 18th : Lower Body Strength Challenge

March 25th: Core Challenge

April 1st: Running/ Cardio Challenge

April 8th: Obstacle Course Challenge
